We want trying LiverRise™ to be completely risk-free. Every order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, starting on the day your order is delivered.

How it works

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of delivery, email support@tryliverrise.com from the email address used on your order and include your order number. We will refund the full purchase price of your order to your original payment method — even if your bottles are empty. No return shipment is required unless we specifically request one.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, if any, are included in the refund.

Fair-use terms

The guarantee covers one order per product per customer/household. Requests made more than 90 days after delivery cannot be honored. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
